國立陽明交通大學百川學士學位學程徵聘專案教師公告
一、職稱:專案助理教授(含)以上。
二、說明:本校於2017年創設「百川學士學位學程」,由學士班特殊選才招生管道,尋求有特殊專長或/且有「跨域學習」、「批判探究」、「創新永續」、「領導統御」、「人文涵養」或「美學思用」等潛能並具備高度求知熱忱的學子,詳細參考資料請參考百川學程官網(https://aretehp.nycu.edu.tw/)。因百川學士學位學程學生專業領域各異,為輔導跨領域學生學習與專題研究,擬公開徵聘具跨領域學習與研究輔導經驗之專案師資1名。預計115年2月1日或115年8月1日起聘。
三、資格:
(一)以管理領域優先考慮,其他領域如人文社會、法律、藝術,或教育等領域博士學位者亦可。
(二)近三年內有發表於國內外中英文期刊之論文(含已接受論文)者,或國內外專業競賽得獎者。
(三)研究計畫或產學合作計畫執行經驗尤佳。
(四)具輔導大學部學生經驗(學生生活、學業適應等)、擔任大學部學生跨領域專題指導經驗,或具跨領域學習研究經驗者優先考慮。
(五)能開設本學程必修課(例如「百川學堂」課綱參考https://reurl.cc/nmW5Ed、「人文與科學經典閱讀」課綱參考https://reurl.cc/eMjmLx),及個人專業相關課程,並執行學生輔導、學習諮詢、招生業務、百川學程相關事務等。
四、檢附資料:
(一)相關審查文件:
1.履歷表、著作目錄、博士學位證書(或即將畢業之證明文件)及碩士及學士學位證書,已具國外學歷者須檢附駐外單位驗證證明。
2.擬應聘副教授(含)以上者:檢附副教授(含)以上證書;擬應聘助理教授者:檢附大學(含)以上成績單影本及博士論文。
3.近五年學術著作全文:至多五項。
4.推薦函:擬應聘副教授(含)以上者附推薦人姓名(含聯絡資料)至少兩位;擬應聘助理教授者,需備推薦函至少兩封。
5.可開授科目之說明:
(1)百川學堂或人文與科學經典閱讀課程大綱。
(2)配合專長提供課程至少各一門科目之課程大綱。
6.提供一頁教學與研究理念自述。
(二)其他相關資料(其它有利於審查之相關資料,如檢附計畫執行核定清單、擔任專題指導教授證明、輔導大學部學生經驗證明等)。

The Recruitment of a Project-based Faculty for the Arete Honors Program at NYCU
- Position Title: Project-based Assistant Professor (or above).
- Description: Arete Honors Program was established in 2017 and admits undergraduate students through a special admission track. This program seeks students with special expertise and potential in areas such as “interdisciplinary learning,” “critical inquiry,” “innovative sustainability,” “leadership,” “humanistic cultivation,” or “aesthetic application,” along with a strong passion for knowledge. Since students in the Arete Honors Program come from various professional fields, we plan to publicly recruit one project-based faculty member with experience in guiding interdisciplinary learning and research for these students. The appointment is expected to begin on February 1, 2026 or August 1, 2026.
- Qualifications
(1) Priority will be given to applicants with a doctoral degree in the field of management; however, candidates in the fields such as humanities and social sciences, law, art, or education are also eligible.
(2) Applicants should have published papers in domestic and international journals (including accepted papers) within the last three years, or have received awards in domestic or international professional competitions.
(3) Experience in executing research projects or industry-academia collaboration projects is preferable.
(4) Preference will be given to those with experience in guiding undergraduate students (in areas such as student campus life, academic adaptation, etc.), supervising interdisciplinary projects for undergraduate students, or possessing interdisciplinary learning and research experience.
(5) The applicants should be able to teach required courses for the program (e.g., Arete To-Be Curriculum Reference: https://reurl.cc/nmW5Ed, Reading Classics of Humanities and Sciences Curriculum Reference: https://reurl.cc/eMjmLx), as well as courses related to their area of expertise, and perform student counseling, learning consultation, recruitment tasks, and related affairs for the Arete Honors Program. - Application Materials
(1) Review Documents
I. Curriculum vitae, list of publications, doctoral degree certificate (or proof of expected graduation), and master’s and bachelor’s degree certificates. Applicants with foreign diploma must be notarized in advance by an overseas office of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
II. Applying for the position of Associate Professor (or above): Associate Professor (or above) certification; applying for Assistant Professor: a copy of university (or higher) transcripts and doctoral thesis.
III. Full texts of academic publications from the last five years: up to five items.
IV. Two Recommendation Letters: Applicants for Associate Professor (or above) should provide the names (and contact information) of at least two referees; Applicants for Assistant Professor should submit at least two letters of recommendation.
V. Description of Courses Available for Teaching:
i. Syllabus for Arete To-Be or Reading Classics of Humanities and Sciences.
ii. Provide syllabi for at least one course related to your expertise.
VI. A one-page statement of teaching and research.
